With more than two decades of executive search and leadership advisory experience, President and CEO Shawn Baker has expanded Cochran, Cochran & Yale’s portfolio of strategic services to support our clients’ rapidly evolving needs. Under his leadership, the firm has added numerous strategic services, including M&A advisory, turnarounds, succession planning, and exit strategies.

Adam is the integrator of the CCY team, continuously implementing technologies and efficiencies, optimizing outcomes, and improving the client and candidate experiences.

Heading up CCY’s search practice, Tim serves as a conduit for talent acquisition, connecting clients’ executive teams with CCY’s extensive network of vetted candidates.

During his 30+ year tenure as former CEO and head of our Finance & Accounting practice, Gary has been instrumental in developing CCY’s unique and highly successful quantitative process for retained search.

A diligent and meticulous controller with tremendous depth of experience, Miriam is invaluable in ensuring that fiscal responsibility and financial health remain constant.
